F Feedback Magic

What does your feedback stack actually cost?

Competitor prices verified 2026-07-27, read off each vendor's own pricing page

Six feedback surfaces are usually four purchases. Pick what you actually need and see both numbers — plus, where it applies, the case for buying the other tool instead.

What do you need?
How many client sites?
Each one is a project. One widget per surface, per site.
How many people on your team?
Featurebase charges per seat, so this changes their column.

    Feedback Magic

Read the competitor column as a floor, not a forecast. Every price there is the vendor's cheapest advertised plan at their cheapest annual rate — the number most favourable to them. Three of the six meter something, so the real bill moves with how well your feedback programme works. We do not model that, because guessing your volumes would be inventing a number, and the whole point of this page is that we do not do that.

      Where the numbers come from

Each figure was read off the vendor's own pricing page and dated. When we first checked, three of six prices quoted by comparison listicles were materially wrong, so nothing here comes from a listicle. Where a vendor's own page states two different numbers — Survicate's response allowance does — we publish none.

Per-vendor detail, including where each one beats us: Canny, Featurebase, Beamer, Survicate, Marker.io, Senja.
