For agencies and studios
Your bill shouldn’t grow every time a client adds a reviewer
You build sites for other people, and the feedback arrives as screenshots in Slack, a Loom nobody can search, and an email that says "the button looks wrong on mobile." Feedback Magic gives every client a way to point at the thing — and gives you one dashboard for all of them.

How it works
Your client points. You get the details.
They point at the thing
They drag a box over the element on their own staging site and type what's wrong. You get a cropped screenshot of that exact region, plus the page URL, the browser, the operating system and the screen size — captured automatically, because that is the part clients never think to include.
They don't need an account. No signup, no licence, no seat. That matters when the person with opinions is your client's marketing director who will use this four times a year.
They see their site, and nothing else
Per-project roles let you grant someone access to a single client's project: viewer to read results, editor to triage and manage widgets. They can be given to people who are not members of your workspace at all.
So a client signs in and sees their site's feedback. Not your other clients, not your billing, not your team. You stop forwarding screenshots, and they stop asking you for status.
The part that decides it
Your bill doesn’t grow when their team does
Agency work means a lot of reviewers — the client, their marketing lead, their compliance person, the stakeholder who appears in week six. Most tools in this category charge for exactly that.
| Tool | What grows your bill |
|---|---|
| Canny | every person who posts, votes or comments (per "tracked user") |
| Marker.io | seats, plus a page-view ceiling on the entry plan |
| Survicate | responses per month, with overage fees |
| Beamer | anyone who loads a page containing the script |
| Feedback Magic | nothing. Reviewers, responses and page views are unlimited. |
Prices and metering models are sourced and dated on our comparison page, which also lists the things those tools do better than we do — or read them one vendor at a time. The one worth reading before you choose us: Marker.io’s agency plan is better value than ours on project count if bug reporting across many client sites is all you need.
Pricing
One subscription, every client
A project is one client site. Pro includes five, and you add more in blocks of five — no plan jump, no sales call, change the number yourself whenever a client starts or finishes.
| Client sites | What you pay | Per site |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | $79 (Pro) | $15.80 |
| 10 | $79 + $12 | $9.10 |
| 20 | $79 + $36 | $5.75 |
| Each site gets its own widgets, its own keys and its own results. | ||
Beyond about 25 sites, talk to us about Scale — at that size the right answer is a conversation, not a bigger number.
Two things clients notice
It can be your tool, not ours
White-label on Pro
Branding comes off the widget on Pro, so what your client sees is a feedback form on their site rather than an ad for a vendor they didn't choose.
For clients who won’t add a script
Some clients can't or won't put a tag on their site — a locked-down CMS, a nervous IT department, a site you haven't launched yet. Every widget also works as a link we host: send it by email, put it behind a QR code, paste it in a ticket. Responses land in the same place, tagged by channel so you can see which route people actually used.

Where we’re the wrong choice
Worth saying before you spend a week on it:
You need session replay
To see what the client actually did — Hotjar and Userback record sessions. We only capture what someone chose to tell you.
You need video feedback
We collect text and screenshots, not recordings.
Your clients’ apps are native mobile
We're web-only. Survicate has iOS and Android SDKs.
You want a long reference list
We're new. The tools above have years of agency customers, and no amount of copy changes that.
Try it on one client first
Seven days, no card. Put it on a single staging site, send your client the link, and see whether the feedback that comes back is better than the email thread it replaces.
